My professional fitness journey started after becoming a mum and for me, pilates has been transformative. I worked in an intense corporate industry and while on maternity leave, built inner and outer strength through a commitment to pilates training.
Having found my own confidence through pilates, I am passionate about helping others achieve their own health and wellness goals.
Whether I am teaching group fitness reformer or matwork or working 1:1 with clients, my sessions are whole body and function focused and will really fire up the core and glutes. I love a good stretch, so you will always find mobility exercises throughout my classes.
I am fully certified in mat work and reformer pilates, as well as ante and post natal pilates.

introducing a unique and challenging type of movement during physical education classes for high schoolers. Guiding students through basic yet challenging matwork which focuses on anatomical understanding of the muscles, while training functional movement and building inner and outer strength. It is also fantastic for stretching and mobility in all bodies but particularly for young, developing teens.
I run small group pilates sessions with 2 reformers and 1 mat from my home studio in Doreen. My focus is on personalised programs and dedicated teaching, which you don't often get in large group classes. This also means we can work within individual capabilities and progress in your own time.
My aim is to help you feel better in your body through targeted and cleansing movement that is designed for you. Whether you are rehabilitating from an injury or looking for support to guide you back into an exercise regime, I will work with you to achieve your strength and mobility goals. I also collaborate with allied health professionals to ensure consistency between treatment plans.
